With over 27 years of real estate experience, ShaWanna Gajewski is the visionary developer, realtor, and builder behind Annapolis Pointe, an exciting new project in Inkster featuring 72 single-family
homes. This initiative marks the first new construction in over 20 years for a city that has faced economic challenges since the 2008 real estate crash.
She holds is a degree from the University of Michigan and a master's in accountancy from Walsh College. Her dedication to the community has earned her numerous accolades, reflecting her
commitment to making a positive impact through thoughtful development.
Annapolis Pointe is mission-driven, focused on providing high-quality, affordable homes for working-class families. In collaboration with a nonprofit partner, we offer vital pre- and post-closing resources such as financial literacy, credit counseling, budgeting tips, home maintenance guidance, and downpayment assistance to help reduce monthly mortgage payments. Annapolis Pointe is designed
exclusively for homeowners, not investors, aiming to stabilize the city by boosting homeownership and transforming tenants into proud homeowners.
