Here’s how your journey unfolds.
Attend a
Homebuyer Session
Your journey begins with a Homebuyer Session.
You’ll meet with the Annapolis Pointe Realtor and our development team to explore available home designs, community plans, and financing options.
You’ll also meet the Developer, who will share the vision behind Annapolis Pointe and how this community is being thoughtfully built for long-term homeownership, not just quick sales.
This session is where questions are welcomed, possibilities are explored, and your path to ownership starts to feel real.
Get Pre-Approved
Once you’re ready to move forward, the next step is securing a pre-approval letter.
You can work with one of our preferred lenders — who understand our homes and available assistance programs — or you may use any lender of your choice. Your pre-approval will outline:
- Your approved loan amount
- Your estimated interest rate
- Your purchasing power
This step gives you clarity and confidence as you begin selecting your home.
Choose Your Home & Submit an Offer
With your pre-approval in hand, you’ll work closely with your Realtor to choose the home that fits your lifestyle, budget, and vision.
Once you’ve selected your home design and lot, your Realtor will prepare and submit your purchase offer on your behalf. You’ll be supported through every detail so nothing feels confusing or rushed.
This is the moment when your dream officially becomes a plan.
Design Your Home
After your offer is accepted, the fun begins.
You’ll work with our Home Design Specialists to personalize your home, selecting finishes, cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, and exterior details. This is where your house becomes your home.
Every choice is guided, and every detail is designed to reflect your style while staying within your budget.
Build, Close & Move In
Once your home is built, inspected, and ready, you’ll move into the final phase — closing day.
Your Realtor and lender will guide you through the final paperwork, and then it’s time to receive the keys to your brand-new, custom-designed home at Annapolis Pointe.
